Southern California Regional
May 17, 18, & 19
The Regionals are the semi-final round for the CrossFit Games season. The top 48 men and women and top 30 teams from each region in the Open will be invited to compete in a live three day competition.
The competition at Regionals gets fiercer every year, while the fan experience keeps getting better. This year, expect the stands at each Regional to be filled with a few thousand CrossFit fans. Below you’ll find the dates and venues for each event.
